Twitter ออกรายงานความโปร่งใส เผยให้เห็นถึงด้านมืดของโซเชียลมีเดีย
ล่าสุด Twitter ได้ออกรายงานความโปร่งใส่ที่ครอบคลุมช่วงเวลาตั้งแต่เดือนกรกฎาคมถึงธันวาคม 2021 โดยระบุว่าในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว จำนวนบัญชีผู้ใช้งานที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนดต่างๆ หรือเป็นบัญชีที่ถูกระงับมีจำนวนที่ลดลงอย่างเห็นได้ชัด นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่ามีคำขอข้อมูลของรัฐบาล (Removal Requests) ที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยเป็นความพยายามที่มุ่งเป้าไปที่การขอให้ลบหรือระงับเนื้อหาที่ไม่เหมาะสม รวมถึงต้องการใช้คำสั่งทางกฎหมายเป็นหลัก อย่างไรก็ตามแม้ว่าการละเมิดข้อกำหนดต่างๆ ของ Twitter จะดูลดน้อยลง แต่ในทางกลับกันปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการละเมิดเด็กยังคงเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง รายละเอียดจะเป็นอย่างไร มาดูไปพร้อมกัน Account Actioned อย่างที่บอกว่ารายงานความโปร่งใสของ Twitter ได้ระบุว่ามีการดำเนินการในเรื่องของการระงับบัญชีหรือการลบเนื้อหาที่ไม่เหมาะสมออก สำหรับการระงับบัญชีมีจำนวนที่ลดลงคิดเป็น 12% และสำหรับเนื้อหาที่ถูกลบเนื่องด้วยมีเนื้อหาที่ไม่เหมาะสมลดลง 14% เมื่อเทียบกับรายงานก่อนหน้า ปัญหายอดฮิตที่บัญชี Twitter ถูกระงับ สำหรับปัญหายอดฮิตหลักๆ ของบัญชีผู้ใช้งานบน Twitter คือปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการละเมิดข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเด็ก โดยพบว่ามีประมาณ 600,000 บัญชีที่ถูกระงับจากการกระทำที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนดดังกล่าว รองลงมาจะเป็นปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการแอบอ้างเป็นบุคคลอื่น โดยมีราว 169,396 บัญชีที่ถูกระงับ และที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้าหรือบริการที่ผิดกฎหมาย และการเสนอเนื้อหาที่มีความละเอียดอ่อน (Sensitive Media) โดยมี 119,508 และ 118,356 บัญชีที่ถูกระงับตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ยังมี พฤติกรรมที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงความเกลียดชัง […]
